For our kids,
our teachers,
our schools
and our community.
Amy Klein Molk for
Denver School Board At-Large
Amy’s journey began as a student in the Denver area, learning how to navigate school with a learning disability — and discovering firsthand that with the right support, every child can thrive.
That belief has guided Amy ever since. At college, Amy studied public policy with a focus on education. She led a mentoring program for local youth, worked with the Boys and Girls Club, and spent a semester in Washington, D.C., learning from some of the nation’s most impactful change makers.
After college, Amy continued supporting at-risk youth through advocacy and fundraising for organizations committed to the arts and education. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she founded an education technology company that brought live, interactive learning to tens of thousands of underserved students — because every child deserves access to opportunity, no matter the circumstances.
But Amy didn’t just talk about change — she showed up. Wanting to be closer to the realities in our schools, she became a paraprofessional in Denver Public Schools, working hands-on with students with special needs and seeing firsthand the challenges our educators face every day.
As a mom of two DPS students, an entrepreneur, an educator, and a proven leader, Amy is ready to do the hard work our schools deserve. Amy is running for the Denver School Board to rebuild trust, strengthen neighborhood schools, empower educators, and ensure every student feels safe, seen, and prepared for the future.
Working Together For Our Neighborhood Schools
Amy is running at-large to represent ALL Denver neighborhood schools. Amy believes we need to work together as a collective district. When an underperforming school gets the support and resources it needs we all win. Together we are stronger!
Trust will guide us. As an entrepreneur, Amy has worked with many different stakeholders and their diverse interests. Amy brings people together for the greater good. Amy will rebuild trust in our public school system respectfully and transparently.
Every Student and Educator Should Feel Safe, Valued and Respected
Amy believes that every student, educator, and caregiver deserves to feel safe and secure in our schools, no matter who they are, what they identify as, where they are from, or what they believe in. When safety is our foundation, we create the conditions for students and educators to thrive.
We must uphold the mission of public education: preparing EVERY child with the knowledge and skills to succeed. We must provide all of our schools with the resources necessary to support differentiated instruction. Amy knows that starts with supporting our greatest asset—our teachers. Educators must be heard, respected, valued, and paid fairly so they can meet the diverse needs and strengths of every student.
Creating Stronger Outcomes
for our Students
Amy knows we must work in partnership to bring innovative technologies that enhance learning into our schools. When used thoughtfully, technology can boost productivity, increase student engagement, and better prepare our kids for the future.
Educators should be empowered to drive the future of technology (It is coming faster than you can believe), not play catch up to their students or anyone else. As an entrepreneur who has built safe, kid-centered technology—including AI designed specifically for young learners—Amy understands the power of tech when it’s used with purpose and care.
